Shop and checkout. When you place an order, we process data necessary to fulfil it: email address, shipping address, and billing details. Payment data (e.g. card details) is processed directly by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers. The legal basis is performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Transactional emails. Order confirmations and shipping-related messages are sent via Resend. We use your email address and order-related content for this purpose (legal basis: performance of contract and legitimate interest in communicating about your order).

Website analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site (e.g. pages viewed, device type). This may involve cookies and similar technologies. The legal basis is your consent where required, or our legitimate interest in improving the website (Art. 6(1)(a) or (f) GDPR).

Hosting and infrastructure. The site runs on Vercel. Standard server logs (IP, timestamps, etc.) may be processed for security and operation (legitimate interest).

We share data only with service providers necessary to run the site and shop: Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Vercel (hosting), and Google (Analytics). Some of these providers may process data outside the EEA. Where applicable, we rely on adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses to ensure an adequate level of protection.

Order and billing-related data are kept as required by tax and accounting law (typically several years). Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics settings. Server logs are usually kept for a limited period (e.g. a few months). After that, data is deleted or anonymised where possible.

Under the GDPR you have the right to: access your data, rectify it, request erasure, restrict processing, data portability, object to processing, and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (e.g. in Poland: Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, uodo.gov.pl).
